Founded in 1955, the Robinson Volunteer Fire Department is the contracted fire prevention agency for the City of Robinson, Texas. RVFD covers approximately 53 square miles of primary fire response jurisdiction. RVFD also provides mutual aid assistance to McLennan County communities. Today, RVFD is made up of more than 40 volunteers.
Are you the person who stops to help someone change a tire? Help someone reach something on the top shelf at HEB? Hold a door open for someone carrying packages? Go out of your way to help someone that you’ve never met before? If so, you are just the type of person we are looking for!
RVFD contracts with the City of Robinson to provide fire protection and education to the City of Robinson and the surrounding area.
RVFD is a First Responder Organization registered with the Texas Department of State Health Services. RVFD provides Basic Life Support services for the City of Robinson and the surrounding fire jurisdiction in partnership with American Medical Response.
