Joining the Robinson Fire Department as a volunteer offers you the chance to enhance your medical expertise and take charge of patient care with minimal interruptions to your academic schedule. Here, your primary responsibility will be to respond to medical emergencies in Robinson, TX. Additionally, we will provide you with training to aid the fire department in patient extrication during motor vehicle accidents and to lead Fire Rehabilitation during Fires.
By joining the Robinson Fire family, you will be better equipped to enter a professional school (Med/PA/Dent/OT/Opto/Pharm/PA/PT). In addition to gaining practical experience in patient care, you will also have the opportunity to connect with 3rd & 4th year students currently pursuing pre-professional tracks. These individuals can serve as valuable guides during your academic journey. We believe that your academic career comes first. To supplement this, we provide all volunteers access to study areas, whiteboards, and high-speed internet. Walking into a room and finding the walls filled with Organic Chemistry homework is typical during the academic semester.
